Universal Phone Company was founded in 2007, to take advantage of the commercial opportunities, created by the deregulation of the South African Telecommunications industry, and the legalization of VOIP. The company originally launched several international dialling products for the consumer, ranging from calling cards, dial through solutions, and corporate SIP accounts. Today, Universal Phone Company has evolved into a niche market supplier of wholesale voice terminations services, offering DID rental, inbound and outbound call centre termination, and PABX hosting services.  Our focus is on the Sub- Saharan African region, where we have built-up long-standing relationships, with local partners over the last 15 years.
